Sanction Hong Kong National Security Law Prosecutors and Judges

Since the passing of the draconian National Security Law in 2020, the Hong Kong Justice Department and prosecutors had been expanding their arbitrary detention and political prosecutions. In addition, the Hong Kong judges weakens the city's once venerated rule of law and independent judiciary and have arbitrarily jailed over a thousand political prisoners. Sanctions are available to the Biden Administration through the Hong Kong Autonomy Act and the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act.

Hong Kong's National Security Law places U.S. citizens and business institutions in the city at risk of prosecution or arbitrary detentions. Please urge your congressional representatives to support the sanctions recommneded by the Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC), so they can also convey our concernsto the relevant agencies within the Biden Adminstration.
